An All Access look at the Nebraska football Strength and Conditioning Department. See how the Strength and Conditioning Coaches get the Huskers ready for football game days and how each players workout plan is unique to them.
This a high intensity 9 rounds 30 sec workout with 15 rest period. We use 45 lbs plates for this work so please be careful because it's not for everyone.
